Advanced quick guide for dashboard + transfer editor.
1) Getting Started
Log in with email and password, then create a transfer from the dashboard actions.
You can create from button, import a folder, or drop files directly into the drop zone.
2) Building A Transfer
In the editor, add tracks, reorder by drag and drop, set optional artist name, and enable or disable downloads.
Cover can be uploaded, dragged, then cropped before saving.
3) Transfer Comment
Open the transfer comment section to add a general note and optional PDF attachment.
If no comment/PDF is set, the player comment popup will not show.
4) Publish + Update
Publish creates a share link. Updates keep the same slug unless scrambled.
Choose expiry in days when publishing. Remote cards show remaining time before expiry.
5) Remote Transfers
Use actions to copy URL, open player, edit, delete, or scramble link.
Scramble generates a new link and invalidates the previous one.
6) Billing + Usage
Dashboard meter shows monthly usage in EUR. Manage subscription and payment methods in Account.
If billing is required, publishing is blocked until subscription is active.
7) Supported Files + Performance
Audio uploads support common formats including WAV, AIFF, MP3, AAC, and FLAC.
Large/lossless files (especially FLAC/WAV/AIFF) publish slower and take more storage.
8) Troubleshooting
If remote lists fail to load, re-login and refresh. Expired sessions force logout.
If a shared link is expired, the player shows an expiry message and requires a new link from sender.
9) Keyboard Shortcuts
Space: Play/pause (except while typing)
Esc: Close active popup/modal
Enter: Submit focused create/login/reset inputs
